This role requires 5+ years in financial advisory or related fields, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex results clearly. You will mentor junior staff and manage engagements end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, including building models from first principles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
• Experience supporting transactions, capital structure analysis, or investment evaluation is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to build and review complex models.
• Experience with PowerPoint to develop client-ready presentations.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA, MBA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling engagements, including 3-statement and cash flow models.
• Translate client objectives into structured analytical approaches with key drivers and outputs.
• Evaluate business initiatives and financial alternatives including capital raises and acquisitions.
• Support transaction-related engagements with pro forma models and deal-structure analysis.
• Develop forecasting processes, budgets, and management reporting frameworks.
• Review and refine financial models and client deliverables for accuracy and clarity.
• Manage day-to-day engagement execution and coordinate with team members.
• Communicate findings to client stakeholders in meetings with senior management, investors, and lenders.
• Mentor and develop junior team members in modeling and analysis.
