Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and building models from first principles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling engagements, including 3-statement models, cash flow models, and scenario analyses.
• Translate client objectives into structured analytical approaches with defined drivers and outputs.
• Evaluate business initiatives and financial alternatives including capital raises, restructurings, acquisitions, and growth strategies.
• Support transaction-related engagements with pro forma models and deal-structure analysis.
• Develop and oversee forecasting processes, budgets, and management reporting frameworks.
• Review and refine financial models and client deliverables for accuracy and clarity.
• Manage day-to-day engagement execution, timelines, and coordination with team members.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to client stakeholders, including senior management and lenders.
• Mentor junior team members on modeling, analysis, and professional development.
