• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
• Experience supporting transactions or capital structure analysis is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate client objectives into structured analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling engagements and 3-statement models.
• Translate client objectives into structured analytical approaches.
• Evaluate initiatives including capital raises, acquisitions, and growth strategies.
• Support transaction-related engagements with pro forma analyses.
• Develop scenario analyses to assess risks and value drivers.
• Assist in forecasting processes, budgets and management reporting.
• Review and refine models and client deliverables for clarity.
• Manage day-to-day engagement execution and timelines.
• Present findings to senior management, investors and lenders.
• Mentor junior team members on modeling and analysis.
