Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Manager in our CFO Advisory practice to lead financial modeling, FP&A, and strategic finance engagements for a diverse client base. You will collaborate with CFOs, management, and investors to deliver structured analyses and actionable insights.

You will manage engagements, supervise analysts, and communicate complex results clearly to senior stakeholders, with opportunities across manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and services sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build, review, and manage complex models.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling engagements and develop integrated 3-statement models.
• Translate client objectives into structured analytical approaches and outputs.
• Evaluate initiatives such as capital raises, acquisitions, or organic growth strategies.
• Support transactions through pro forma analyses and deal-structure evaluations.
• Mentor junior team members and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
