You will mentor junior staff, manage engagement timelines, and communicate complex analyses clearly to stakeholders across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling from first principles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
• Experience supporting transactions, capital structure analysis, or investment evaluation is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; ability to build and review complex models.
• Experience developing client-ready presentations in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling engagements with integrated 3-statement and cash flow models.
• Translate client objectives into structured analytical approaches with clear drivers and outputs.
• Evaluate initiatives and financial alternatives, including capital raises and acquisitions.
• Support transactions with pro forma models and deal-structure analysis.
• Develop and oversee scenarios and sensitivity analyses to assess risks and drivers.
• Support forecasting processes, budgets, and management reporting frameworks.
• Review and refine models and client deliverables for accuracy and clarity.
• Manage day-to-day engagement execution and timelines.
• Communicate findings to senior management, investors, and lenders.
• Mentor junior team members on modeling and analysis.
