You will manage engagements, supervise analysts, and present findings to senior leaders, lenders, and investors while shaping budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, including building models from first principles and applying them to real-world business scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling engagements across client engagements and transactions.
• Translate client objectives into structured analytical approaches with clear drivers and outputs.
• Evaluate initiatives and capital strategies including raises, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and growth plans.
• Support transaction-related engagements with pro forma models and deal-structure analysis.
• Develop and oversee scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risk and value drivers.
• Assist in forecasting processes, budgets, and management reporting frameworks.
• Review and refine models and client deliverables for clarity and usability.
• Manage day-to-day engagement execution and client communication up to senior management.
• Mentor junior staff on modeling techniques and analytical approaches.
