Manager of Business & Legal Affairs
Reporting to our Chief Legal Officer, the Manager will lead and manage tasks including contract review, drafting, negotiation, compliance, due diligence, and communication with marketplace partners like Amazon. The role involves managing a team focused on monitoring and addressing account health, contract, and corporate compliance, and supporting internal business units such as Finance, People & Culture, and Technology. Collaboration with the Legal team on policies, practices, training, and ethical business conduct is also essential.
This role is 100% remote within the United States.
The anticipated salary range is USD $96,720 to USD $120,900, with eligibility for bonuses, benefits, and time off programs. Compensation may be adjusted based on market conditions and final work location.
