We are seeking an Integration Manager- Accounting to lead the end-to-end integration of vendor/AP, banking, HR, payroll, and benefits for newly acquired operating companies. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, HR, and project management, with a focus on modeling the financial impact of integration decisions and directly managing the integration processes - ideal for a candidate with a strong accounting background with hands-on integration experience and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-entity projects where speed, compliance, and EBITDA growth are the top priorities.

Candidates will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis out of the Dallas office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Acquisition Planning & Analysis
    • Develop detailed financial models forecasting EBITDA impacts related to payroll, benefits, PTO, accounts payable, and policy changes to inform acquisition and integration strategies.
    • Evaluate HR, payroll, banking, and AP processes within target organizations to create effective post-close transition roadmaps.
  • Integration Management & Execution
    • Act as the primary liaison among finance, HR, and operations teams during the post-acquisition integration of banking, payroll, AP, and benefits functions.
    • Lead banking integrations, including account setup, cash flow management, and collections procedures.
    • Oversee the integration of systems such as Rippling (HRIS), Ramp (AP), and Sage (Finance) to ensure consistent controls and processes across all business units.
    • Manage the harmonization of policies related to healthcare, PTO, and leaves, ensuring compliance across multiple states including CA, NY, WA, and TX.
  • Ongoing Operations & Support
    • Serve as the system administrator for core platforms, maintaining segregation of duties to uphold audit compliance.
    • Provide expert guidance and support to employees regarding benefits, PTO, and leave policies.
    • Assist with annual benefits renewals, vendor negotiations, and compliance with multi-state regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with direct involvement in integration projects.
  • Experience in Big 4 advisory, buy-side integration, or private equity-backed multi-entity environments preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to link integration decisions to EBITDA growth.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS (preferably Rippling), AP platforms (Ramp), and finance systems (Sage preferred).

  • Proven project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and executing multiple integration initiatives simultaneously.
