This is an onsite, in-office position located in The Woodlands, Texas. As a full-time team member, you will work a standard Monday through Friday schedule, collaborating closely with colleagues and clients during regular business hours.
As an Integration Project Manager, you will lead technical discovery sessions with third-party vendors to understand their systems and design custom integration workflows that meet our business needs. You will configure and develop integrations using APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools, ensuring seamless connectivity between AllianceHCM and external platforms. Throughout the day, you will manage the full lifecycle of integration projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering all the way through testing, deployment, and ongoing post-launch support. You will act as the primary technical liaison between client IT teams and our internal engineering and product departments, collaborating to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
