Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Workday Benefits Platform Manager who will collaborate with Global People Function leaders, HR Operational teams, and external vendors to implement and optimize the Benefits platform. This role maximizes Coca-Cola’s investment by leveraging the platform’s capabilities, driving adoption, and championing continuous improvement to enhance business processes. Understanding Coca-Cola’s policies, you will bridge the gap between internal Payroll, Benefits, and Rewards teams and external vendors, ensuring the platform is designed and configured to meet our needs and implementing enhancements and new features.
Please note: This is not a Remote role and will require the successful candidate to be based in Dublin and follow a hybrid work schedule. This is an Individual Contributor role.

$116,000 - $138,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
