Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Workday Benefits Platform Manager who will collaborate with Global People Function leaders, HR Operational teams, and external vendors to implement and optimize the Benefits platform. This role maximizes Coca-Cola’s investment by leveraging the platform’s capabilities, driving adoption, and championing continuous improvement to enhance business processes. Understanding Coca-Cola’s policies, you will bridge the gap between internal Payroll, Benefits, and Rewards teams and external vendors, ensuring the platform is designed and configured to meet our needs and implementing enhancements and new features.
Please note: This is not a Remote role and will require the successful candidate to be based in Dublin and follow a hybrid work schedule. This is an Individual Contributor role.
What You’ll Do for Us:
- Thought Leadership, Strategy and Consulting: Be a thought leader in Workday Payroll, Benefits, and Rewards, and a consultant to Coca-Cola’s business teams and the Global People Function organization to find solutions for requirements, opportunities, and problems, and to deliver process and technology improvements.
- Understand the full spectrum of the HR technology domain: including Workday, non-Workday solutions, external providers, and integrations amongst the various components. Consider the upstream, downstream, and cross-domain impacts when making design decisions to ensure minimal business disruption.
- Conduct working sessions: in large, global organizations to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements for various functional areas.
- Understand the needs of the Rewards team: to manage benefit plans, compensation plans, enrollment, configuration, and management, and how these can be met with Workday.
- Manage vendor resources: who will design, prototype, configure, test, and deliver HR technology solutions based on the Workday platform, representing the “voice of the customer” — keeping the needs of employees, people managers, and business leaders at the center of all Workday design and deployment decisions.
- Ensure vendor demonstrations: through iterative development of prototypes to gain customer acceptance of the business processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise: regarding key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas.
- Maximize Workday adoption: by employees, managers, and the Global People Function through ongoing communications, training, social collaboration, and marketing.
- Support Workday Operations: by suggesting monitoring and recommending ways to better utilize Workday, proactively identifying and creating metrics to drive operational improvements, and enforcing data and process standards across managed functional areas to ensure simple and consistent solutions.
- Participate actively in the Workday Community: contributing expertise, requesting enhancements, sharing ideas, collaborating with other customers, and participating in user groups.
