Job summary

Digitas North America is seeking a Manager, Digital Product Management for AI Products & Platform Engineering to shape and advance our bespoke generative AI platform. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver AI-powered features and ensure reliability at scale.

You’ll lead agile teams, apply BDD/TDD, and translate business requirements into technical plans while staying current with AI and MarTech trends to drive impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in technology roles supporting cross-functional development teams in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, ML, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms, tools, and the digital marketing/advertising tech landscape.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans and deliver results.
• Experience with modern web development and APIs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in a professional services/agency environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks.
• Identify and recommend new features, integrations, and partnerships aligned with platform goals.
• Stay current with generative AI and MarTech to inform best practices.
• Apply BDD and TDD methodologies, write acceptance criteria in Gherkin formats.
• Collaborate with QA to develop comprehensive test cases.
• Lead day-to-day agile development activities and ensure best practices.
