Job summary

Gatesman, a marketing communications agency with offices in Pittsburgh and Chicago, is looking for a Manager of Performance Analytics & Innovation. This role blends performance analytics, measurement strategy and emerging technology to solve client challenges and build scalable capabilities.

The ideal candidate helps determine what to measure, guides analytics implementation, and translates data into actionable insights for business outcomes, while advancing AI and automation initiatives across

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics or related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing measurement (GA4, GTM).
Experience translating data into insights and client recommendations.
SQL or equivalent querying ability required.
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Design cross-channel measurement strategies aligned to client outcomes.
Advise on analytics implementation, tracking, CMP and cross-platform measurement.
Identify data quality issues and propose practical solutions.
Translate data into actionable business implications and recommendations.
Develop AI-enabled analytics tools and scalable processes.
