Job summary

Gatesman, with offices in Pittsburgh and Chicago, seeks a Manager, Performance Analytics & Innovation to lead analytics, measurement strategy, and cutting-edge technology initiatives within the MI² team. You will help determine what to measure, solve tracking challenges, and translate data into actionable guidance for clients and internal teams.

You will explore AI-powered tools and repeatable frameworks, scaling capabilities across clients and campaigns while mentoring analysts and contributing

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in marketing analytics or related field.
• Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI or automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design cross-channel measurement strategies and KPI frameworks.
• Consult on analytics implementation, tracking, and cross-platform measurement.
• Diagnose data quality issues and propose practical solutions.
• Connect data across media, websites, CRM to derive actionable insights.
• Develop modern reporting with interactive dashboards and AI-assisted analytics.
• Identify opportunities to expand AI, automation, and new tech use across workstreams.
• Lead analytics projects for clients and mentor junior analysts.
• Share learnings through training and knowledge sharing across teams.
