About the Role

As Manager, Affiliate & Private Label Partnerships, you'll play a key role in growing our performance marketing and B2B channels. This role combines affiliate marketing strategy, business development, and relationship management to drive customer acquisition and revenue. You'll manage existing affiliate partnerships, recruit new ones, and pitch our private-label cruise booking solutions to strategic partners such as content creators, loyalty programs, and travel clubs.

This is a great fit for someone with strong digital marketing experience who thrives in a results-driven, high-growth environment—and has a passion for travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, activate, and manage high-performing affiliate partners (content sites, loyalty platforms, bloggers, etc.)
  • Re-engage dormant affiliates with new offers and promotions
  • Pitch and close white-label cruise booking solutions with B2B partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate and private label partners
  • Track performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, lead volume, etc.) and optimize campaigns for growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, product, sales) to align efforts and messaging
  • Report on performance and share insights and opportunities with leadership
  • Stay on top of affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Experiment with new affiliate tactics such as influencer partnerships, co-branded content, and email partnerships

About You

  • 3+ years in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or B2B business development
  • Proven success in affiliate recruitment or managing performance-based partner programs
  • A self-starter with a “hunter” mindset—you love outreach, pitching, and building relationships
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS)
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience using affiliate platforms (CJ, ShareASale, etc.)
  • Bonus if you have experience in the travel, cruise, or hospitality space
  • Strong communicator and collaborator—comfortable juggling multiple projects and stakeholders

Performance-based Compensation Package

  • Base Salary of $50,000 – $60,000 USD annually (based on experience and location)
  • Generous bonus package
