Affiliate Manager – Home Services Pay Per Call Network

Location: Remote | Compensation: 100% Commission (2% of affiliate commissions weekly)

The Client Connector, a leading provider of live, exclusive customer calls for the home services industry, is seeking a US based, motivated and relationship-driven Affiliate Manager to oversee and grow our Pay Per Call affiliate network.

We currently partner with over 250 affiliates and are looking for someone to take the reins and expand our network while supporting existing partners for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow the Affiliate Program: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates in relevant home service verticals (e.g., appliance repair, roofing, locksmiths, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Affiliate Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all affiliates — providing responsive support, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Proactive Outreach: Maintain consistent communication with affiliates to promote offers, share updates, and strengthen engagement.
• Performance Monitoring: Track affiliate performance and help optimize campaigns to improve call volume and quality.
• Offer Management: Collaborate with the internal team to ensure top-performing campaigns are promoted and aligned with affiliate goals.
• Training and Onboarding: Educate new affiliates on network features, payout structures, campaign terms, and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in affiliate marketing, pay-per-call, or lead generation strongly preferred
• US based location
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — written and verbal
• Self-starter with a passion for performance-based marketing and networking
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking systems (Ringba, TrackDrive, Ping/Post, RTB, etc. a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple affiliates and campaigns simultaneously

Compensation:

This is a commission-only role. You will earn 2% of total affiliate commissions generated each week, with no cap on earning potential. As our network grows, your commissions grow with it.
