North Highland is the world's leading change and transformation consultancy. We make change happen like no one else, and we're looking for an Accounts Payable Manager in our Atlanta, Georgia office.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

This position manages all aspects of the accounts payable and expense report functions for the firm, reporting directly to the Controller. You will work with other changemakers to elevate brand awareness and engagement through social channels, campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee invoice processing accuracy, supplier setup, expense report review, and payment processing.
2. Manage the contingent worker self-bill process.
3. Mentor and manage AP staff, assisting in resolving obstacles.
4. Implement process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
5. Maintain procedure documentation and oversee updates in the AP system.
6. Support month-end and year-end close and audit activities.
7. Monitor KPIs to ensure goals are met.
8. Coordinate with employees and management for invoice coding and approval.
9. Work with Treasury on wire payments in USD and foreign currencies.
10. Train internal customers on processes and changes.
11. Prepare 1099s and UK PAYE Settlement Agreement calculations.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 5+ years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility.
• Degree in Finance and/or Accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Quick learner of new systems and tools.
• Reconciliation and financial analysis experience preferred.
• Workday experience is a plus.
