North Highland is a leading change and transformation consultancy dedicated to making impactful change happen. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager in our Atlanta, Georgia office.

How Will You Make Change Happen?

This role involves managing all aspects of accounts payable and expense reports, reporting directly to the Controller. You will collaborate with team members to enhance brand awareness and engagement through various channels.

You Will

• Oversee invoice processing, supplier setup, expense report review, and payments.
• Manage the contingent worker self-bill process.
• Mentor and lead the AP team, resolving obstacles as they arise.
• Implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain procedure documentation and oversee updates in the AP system.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and audits.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure goals are met.
• Coordinate invoice coding and approval with all employee levels, including management.
• Work with Treasury to process wire payments in USD and foreign currencies.
• Train and inform internal customers on processes and updates.
• Prepare 1099s and UK PAYE Settlement Agreements as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring productivity and accuracy.
• Demonstrate business acumen and manage relationships effectively.
• Communicate clearly through various channels.

Ideally, We’d Like

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience with increasing responsibility.
• A degree in Finance and/or Accounting is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday is a plus.
• Experience with reconciliation and financial analysis is preferred.
