The vision for Procure to Pay (P2P) at Microsoft is to provide frictionless end-to-end payments that reduce user time, enable scalable operations, and go beyond being a cost center. The P2P team manages approximately $100B in payments to third parties and $30B to employees annually. P2P operations are outsourced as a managed service supporting around 200 subsidiaries worldwide. Major initiatives are underway to influence Accounts Payable across all service lines.
The Senior Global Accounts Payable Manager will oversee our Accounts Payable (AP) operations end-to-end. You will lead complex operational programs from initiation to delivery, using industry best practices, and provide thought leadership to the AP Operations team. This role involves engagement with stakeholders at all levels across Microsoft, including Finance Controls and Compliance, Procurement, Treasury, BPO partners, and Business Group leaders. You should demonstrate leadership, business partnering skills, and a track record of managing processes and influencing teams.

The typical base pay range in the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 annually, with higher ranges in specific locations like San Francisco and New York City. Additional benefits may apply. Applications are accepted until May 30, 2025.
