Subway is seeking a Manager in NY to lead daily operations, ensure a great guest experience, supervise staff, and maintain food safety and cleanliness.

You will manage inventory and money controls, coordinate local marketing, recruit teammates, and keep records to help sales grow. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years in a restaurant environment.
• Experience supervising and training staff.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication.
• Basic math skills; able to operate POS.

WhatYou’llbe Doing:

• Providing an excellent guest experience
• Ensuring that great food is prepared & served
• Keeping our restaurants functional,cleanand beautiful
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. Including being aware of local and national healthy and food safety codes
• Managing inventory and money control systems
• Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach

WhatYou’llNeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
