Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment community management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with leasing, renewals, residents, vendors, and on-site teams.
• Property management software experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily apartment community operations
• Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy, and resident relations
• Lead and support on-site staff
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance, repairs, and property needs

• Monitor budgets, expenses, delinquency, and property performance

Pay ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

The Liberty Group is hiring an experienced Apartment Community Manager for an immediate opportunity.

This is a great fit for someone with apartment management experience who enjoys leading a team, supporting residents, improving occupancy, and keeping the property running smoothly.

Candidates with luxury, lease-up, rehab, tax credit, or affordable housing experience are encouraged to apply.

We are also open to experienced property management professionals who have stepped away from the industry and are looking to return.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily apartment community operations
• Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy, and resident relations
