The Liberty Group is hiring for a Regional Manager – Supportive and Affordable Housing

Pay ranges from$73,400 - $87,400 annually, depending on experience.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited schoolORhave 5 years of property management experienceORhave an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Haveknowledge of HUD Subsidy Programs and be proficient in evaluation and presentation of financial reporting.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License with access to a registered and insured vehicle for travel approximately 60-75% of the time.
• Obtain Real Estate License within 9 months of employment (preferred at time of hire).
• Demonstrate excellent communication, basic computer skills, and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM)
• Accredited Resident Manager (ARM)
• National Apartment leasing Professional (NALP)
• Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS)
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS)
• Fair Housing and LIHTC Training
