Ascension Commercial Real Estate Llc in Houston seeks an experienced property manager to lead an apartment community end to end and build a high-performing team. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance while driving occupancy and property value.

Strong leadership, budgeting, and knowledge of fair housing laws are essential; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in property management or a related field.
• Experience supervising staff with strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and applicable regulations.
• Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall operation of the community: leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and property value while controlling expenses
• Manage core processes: marketing, accounts receivable/payable, budgeting, and vendor relations
• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Identify and solve problems to keep the property on track
• Communicate performance and needs with the Regional Supervisor and relevant teams
