Job summary

Subway is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high food quality. You will recruit and train staff, manage inventory, and maintain safety and security standards across the restaurant.

You will also analyze business records to boost sales, coordinate local marketing efforts, and plan events and promotions to drive traffic and community engagement. Excellent communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

Prerequisites

Essential Functions

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
