Job summary

Swipejobs is seeking a motivated, bilingual Staffing Manager to join our Frederick, Colorado team. This full-time position offers a schedule of Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM-3:30 PM, and a salary of $60,000 per year with PTO, vision, dental, accidental, and medical benefits.

You will recruit, interview, onboard candidates, and build strong relationships with both employees and clients. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in staffing or recruiting preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates for a variety of positions.
• Build strong relationships with employees and provide ongoing support
• Communicate with candidates and employees regarding job opportunities, schedules, and assignments
• Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Help manage attendance, employee concerns, and day-to-day workforce needs
• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure staffing needs are met
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate information in company systems
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Support additional branch and workforce operations as needed

Swipejobs is looking for a motivated, energetic, and Bilingual Staffing Manager to join our growing team in Frederick, Colorado! Previous staffing or recruiting experience is preferred, but not required. We are open to candidates with strong customer service, leadership, administrative, sales, or people-facing experience who are eager to learn and grow in the staffing industry.

What You'll Do
