Job summary

Swipejobs in Frederick, Colorado is seeking a motivated Bilingual Staffing Manager to join our team. This full-time role offers Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM-3:30 PM and a salary of $60,000 per year with PTO, vision, dental, accidental, and medical plans.

The ideal candidate will recruit, onboard, and support employees while building strong relationships with clients and staff in a fast-paced environment. Previous staffing or recruiting experience is preferred but not required.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Proficient with computers and willing to learn new systems and technology.
• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, HR, sales, or workforce management is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates for a variety of positions
• Build strong relationships with employees and provide ongoing support
• Communicate with candidates and employees regarding job opportunities, schedules, and assignments
• Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Help manage attendance, employee concerns, and day-to-day workforce needs
• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure staffing needs are met
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate information in company systems
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Support additional branch and workforce operations as needed
