Swipejobs is seeking a motivated, energetic Bilingual Staffing Manager to join our Frederick, Colorado team. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and supporting candidates and employees, while building strong client relationships in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Preferred experience in staffing or recruiting is welcome but not required; customer service, leadership, and people-facing skills are highly valued as you learn the staffing industry and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates for a variety of positions.
• Build strong relationships with employees and provide ongoing support.
• Communicate with candidates and employees regarding job opportunities, schedules, and assignments.
• Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Help manage attendance, employee concerns, and day-to-day workforce needs.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate information in company systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Support additional branch and workforce operations as needed.

Salary: $60,000 per year +(plans offered - PTO, vision, dental, accidental, medical)
