Swipejobs is seeking a bilingual Staffing Manager to join our team in Frederick, Colorado. The role focuses on recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with both employees and clients.

Ideal candidates may have staffing, recruiting, customer service, HR, sales, or workforce management experience and must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Training and growth opportunities are available in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous staffing or recruiting experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, administrative, sales, or people-facing roles is acceptable.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates.
• Build strong relationships with employees and provide ongoing support.
• Communicate with candidates and employees regarding opportunities, schedules, and assignments.
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Help manage attendance and day-to-day workforce needs.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to meet staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate data in company systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Support additional branch and workforce operations as needed.

Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 6 AM- 6 PM *Work 3 days per week only!

Salary: $60,000 per year +(plans offered - PTO, vision, dental, accidental, medical)

What You'll Do

• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure staffing needs are met

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Support additional branch and workforce operations as needed
