swipeJobs in Homewood, IL is seeking a bilingual Recruiter to drive staffing across our facility and support HR functions. You will engage with candidates in English and Spanish, screen applicants, and coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth start for new hires.

This full-time role runs 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with benefits including 401K and medical, dental and vision plans. You will partner with managers to understand staffing needs, manage onboarding, and serve as a reliable HR point

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Previous recruitment experience.
• Strong people skills and ability to build connections.

• Experience with Microsoft Office; ATS familiarity a plus.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a branch office.
