Job summary

Dodson Pest Control in Greensboro, NC is seeking a District (Branch) Manager to lead the local office. You will hire and train staff, organize work schedules, manage the budget and fleet, and participate in customer visits to drive sales and service.

Experience in the pest control industry is required, along with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service. A high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background checks are required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee all operations of the local office including hiring and training of personnel, organizing and planning work schedules, budgeting, and fleet management.
• Review and analyze P&L statements and adjust business requirements accordingly.
• Actively participate in customer visits to encourage and support sales and to assess how well customer needs are being met. Be sure that key customers are visited regularly.
• Problem solve and provide logical solutions in situations of customer concerns and team member conflict.
• Ensure that all branch office team members are fulfilling their individual job purpose descriptions and meeting their individual responsibilities
• Show a willingness to adjust the standard work schedule to meet the needs of our customers
• Dodson Pest Control offices are not open on Saturdays

Qualifications for this position include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Acceptable driving record and background check
• Ability to work effectively with limited supervision
• Ability to access physically restrictive areas and areas of significant height
