Job summary

Dodson Pest Control is seeking motivated individuals to join our on-site pest control team in the Leesburg, VA area. The role offers training and a path to becoming a licensed applicator, with earnings averaging around $60,000 per year.

Experience in pest control is helpful but not required; we provide ongoing training and a strong work ethic is valued. Applicants must be able to pass background checks and drive safely.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose pest issues in residential and commercial settings.
• Provide Pest Management services to customers professionally.

• Apply pesticides safely and in accordance with label and state regulations.
• Be willing to complete scheduled training and become a registered technician or licensed applicator.
• Be flexible with schedules, including occasional Saturdays.

Average earnings are $60,000 per year.

Responsibilities

1. Inspect and diagnose pest issues in both residential and commercial settings
2. Provide Pest Management services to residential and commercial customers in a professional manner
3. Be customer service oriented at all times
4. Apply pesticides in safely and effectively in accordance with the label and State regulations
5. Willingness to attend and complete all scheduled training and to become a registered technician or certified and/or licensed applicator.
6. Willingness to adjust standard work schedule to meet the needs of our customers, which may require occasional Saturday work

Qualifications

2. Acceptable driving record and background check
3. Ability to work effectively with limited supervision

5. Ability to access physically restrictive areas and areas of significant height, with or without accommodation
