Dodson Pest Control in Greensboro, NC is seeking a District (Branch) Manager to lead the local office. You will hire and train staff, organize work schedules, manage the budget and fleet, and participate in customer visits to drive sales and service.

Experience in the pest control industry is required, along with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service. A high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local office operations, including hiring and training staff, scheduling, budgeting, and fleet management.
• Review P&L statements and adjust business requirements accordingly.
• Participate in customer visits to support sales and ensure customer needs are met.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure staff fulfill their responsibilities.
• Be flexible with work hours to meet customer needs.
• Dodson Pest Control offices are not open on Saturdays.
