Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the local office including hiring and training of personnel, organizing and planning work schedules, budgeting, and fleet management.
• Review and analyze P&L statements and adjust business requirements accordingly.
• Actively participate in customer visits to encourage and support sales and to assess how well customer needs are being met.
• Be sure that key customers are visited regularly.
• Problem solve and provide logical solutions in situations of customer concerns and team member conflict.
• Ensure that all branch office team members are fulfilling their individual job purpose descriptions and meeting their individual responsibilities.
• Show a willingness to adjust the standard work schedule to meet the needs of our customers.
