Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee district operations, drive financial performance, and maintain the Stretch Zone brand across studios. You will provide leadership, set strategic direction, and ensure exceptional member experiences while pushing team achievement and accountability.

You will monitor schedules, coach staff daily, manage reporting, and develop marketing strategies to grow memberships and revenue, with a strong emphasis on sales performance and operational

Position Overview

A studio Manager is responsible for overseeing district operations, financial performance, and quality standards throughout the studio. This role provides leadership and strategic direction to studio teams, ensures superior member experiences, drives employee achievement, and maintains the integrity of the Stretch Zone® brand.

Responsibilities

In-Depth Analysis and Optimization of Studio Metrics

• Sales comparisons over extended periods
• Lead generation
• Member retention and satisfaction
• Refunds/returns
• Closing percentages
• Projections
• Develop a strategic plan of action for business development

Additional Duties Include

• Monitor schedules to ensure we are properly staffed
• Assess the performance of all staff daily and hold them accountable to daily goals
• Have a presence in studios daily, coaching, developing, and ensuring proper daily operations
• Ensure all reports are sent and accurate daily
• Track employee time clocks and utilization
• Consistent communication with leadership team to ensure you are up to date with all initiatives
• Handle all mid-level customer service requests
• Daily, weekly, and monthly accountability of sales goals
• Develop marketing strategies
