Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee district operations, guide financial performance, and uphold quality standards across studios. You will lead teams, shape strategic direction, and protect the Stretch Zone brand while driving exceptional member experiences.

You will coach staff daily, monitor performance, manage schedules, and ensure accurate reporting, reporting progress to senior leadership and executing growth initiatives across the district.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a single unit in a service or fitness studio.
• Proven track record in sales with measurable results.
• Ability to develop and execute a high-level business plan.
• Strong goal-setting discipline with accountability.
• Ability to analyze revenue, expenses, and variances vs budget.
• Strong critical thinking and rapid problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• In-Depth Analysis and Optimization of Studio Metrics: Sales comparisons over extended periods, Lead generation, Member retention and satisfaction, Refunds/returns, Closing percentages, Projections, Develop a strategic plan of action for business development.
• Additional Duties Include: Monitor schedules to ensure we are properly staffed, Assess the performance of all staff daily and hold them accountable to daily goals, Have a presence in studios daily, coaching, developing, and ensuring proper daily operations, Ensure all reports are sent and accurate daily, Track employee time clocks and utilization, Consistent communication with leadership team to ensure you are up to date with all initiatives, Handle all mid-level customer service requests, Daily, weekly, and monthly accountability of sales goals, Develop marketing strategies.

Position Overview

A studio Manager is responsible for overseeing district operations, financial performance, and quality standards throughout the studio. This role provides leadership and strategic direction to studio teams, ensures superior member experiences, drives employee achievement, and maintains the integrity of the Stretch Zone® brand.
