Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program. You will start at a local branch and learn every aspect of the business, including customer service and sales, with a clear path to run your own location in the future.

You will receive mentoring, hands-on training, and opportunities to develop in operations, marketing and finance while contributing to a culture of promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol convictions in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have at least 3 months experience in Sales, Customer service, or Leadership.

Responsibilities

• As a Management Training (MT), learn our business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop skills to run a future branch and grow the business.
• Receive guidance and mentoring in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
