Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in Loganville, GA. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners and preparing to run your own location.

The program covers sales, customer service, and operations with mentoring and a clear path for promotion. A Bachelor's degree and 12 months of related experience are required; the target first-year compensation is $53,105 with a 45-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to work an average of 45 hours per week.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

• Learn all facets of the business to eventually run a branch and develop a team.
