Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Roswell, GA. This role offers a clear path of progression across sales, customer service, operations, and management.

You’ll learn from day one at a neighborhood branch, receive mentoring, and work toward running your own location with a team you develop along the way. Compensation includes an annual first-year target of $53,105 for a 45-hour week, plus benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to work an average of 45 hours per week.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop skills to eventually run your own branch and build a team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring to support success.
