Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Illinois is hiring for a Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch (Mattoon or Effingham). You’ll train in sales, customer service, finance, and operations to eventually lead a branch and grow a team.

The program emphasizes mentoring, hands-on experience, and a clear path to promotion from within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s. (Degree must be conferred to start).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Minimum 6 months experience in two or more of the listed areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while learning operations.
• Learn the business and develop skills to run a neighborhood branch in the future.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Build community relationships as part of the program.
