Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Management Training Trainee in Effingham and Mattoon, IL. This program starts immediately, offering hands-on learning, mentoring, and a clear pathway to management within the Enterprise network.

You will explore sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations while earning competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. A strong start toward leadership is emphasized.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or within 1 semester of graduation.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
Minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of: sales, customer service, management, athletics, leadership.

Responsibilities
