Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Albany, GA. You’ll start learning our business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while receiving mentoring and structured development.

With a target first-year compensation of $50,000 and an average 47 hour work week, the program offers paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and employee discounts as part of a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student within 1 semester of graduating.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in sales or customer service or leadership roles.
• Valid driver's license with limited violations.

Responsibilities

• Learn business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Help build and grow your own Enterprise branch in the future.
