Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Rockford, IL area. As a MT, you’ll begin learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating; degree must be conferred to start.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum 6 months experience in two or more of: Sales, Customer service, Management, Athlete participation, Leadership roles.
