Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in Dublin, GA. You'll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and be entrusted to serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

The program develops knowledge in sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with guidance, mentoring, and community engagement to build your own business and lead a future branch.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Training program and learn day one on-branch operations.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners.
• Develop skills in sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build relationships in the community to support business growth.
