Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program. Start learning from day one at a neighborhood branch and grow toward running your own location.

Compensation targets $53,105 in the first year with an average 45-hour week, plus benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. This role offers mentoring and promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be available to work an average of 45 hours per week.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and handle operations.
• Develop skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business and grow a team.
• Receive mentorship and guidance in a hands‑on environment.
