Northeast MIT positions are available at our branch locations in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. The Management Trainee Program (MIT) is a 9–12 month fast track to leadership within SRS Distribution/Heritage, with hands-on learning across warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Major in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management or similar preferred.
• Willingness to relocate for training and promotions within the United States.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 9–12 month MIT Program with hands-on exposure to warehouse, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR.
• Relocate to two training branches, with roughly 50% in each location.
• Prepare for progression to roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
