Staffmark is seeking a Management Trainee for a direct-hire opportunity in Denver. Recent graduates will be trained to provide top-of-the-line customer service for our domestic supply chain, with mentorship from experienced managers to sharpen skills.

Over 1-3 years, you’ll gain experience with trailer rentals, customer accounts, inspections, and cross-training for leadership roles across nationwide branches, with travel and relocation opportunities as you advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or 4 years of equivalent relevant experience in customer-facing rental operations or outside sales positions.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience or 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Willingness to relocate to another nationwide facility upon promotion.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and determine equipment needs and trailer options.
• Inspect trailers for damage or issues.
• Manage customer accounts including credit and collections.
• Verify customer insurance coverage.
