Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or sales operations.

• Strong data entry, reporting, and organizational abilities.
• Open to moving out of state in 1-3 years with a promotion.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer calls and emails.
• Process quotes and orders.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM data.
• Support sales reporting.
• Coordinate shipping and invoicing activities.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
