Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Houghton, MI. As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through sales, customer service, and operations, learning the business from day one while preparing to run your own branch.

With mentoring, structured development, and a path that promotes from within, you’ll build leadership skills, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to growth across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or near graduation required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on a driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on a driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You’ll learn how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll build relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on a driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on a driving record in the past five years.
• Must have a minimum of one year of experience (within the last five years) in one of the following areas:
  • Sales‑commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
  • Customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi‑professional, or collegiate team.
  • Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company.
