Aurum invites ambitious college students and new graduates to join its Management Training Intern Program in Minnesota. You will enter the field, engage customers, and progressively take on coaching, training, and leadership tasks as you advance through the program.

The four-phase path builds business fundamentals, field sales certification, store operations, and leadership practicum. Evening/weekend work is required as you grow into leadership roles.

Qualificações

• Applicants are students or recent graduates entering Aurum's Management Training Intern Program.
• The program emphasizes leadership, accountability, and rapid responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reliability are important.

Responsabilidades

• Work in field with customers, contribute to sales goals, and gain frontline experience.
• Participate in four development phases: foundations, field sales, store operations, leadership practicum.
• Coach newer representatives and assist with training and performance reviews.
