Responsibilities

• Sell major telecom products inside high-traffic retail locations.
• Learn Aurum’s customer engagement and sales process.
• Help coach and support Mobility Experts.
• Assist with interviews, onboarding, and new-hire training.
• Provide coverage at locations throughout the Twin Cities.
• Help launch and stabilize new retail locations.
• Track daily performance and maintain accountability.
• Build strong relationships with retail-store leadership.
• Learn the operational responsibilities required to run an Aurum location.
